House Rules
We are very easy going, there are not many rules.
CHECK IN TIME: after 15:00
CHECK OUT TIME: 10:30 a.m.
-No parties: unfortunately we cannot allow parties as we respect our many neighbours!
-No pets: unfortunately for our beloved animals, we are not catered to welcome pets.
-Remove Trash: We clean the rooms and common areas, but ask that you keep the common area clean.
-Electronic Appliances: For safety, switch off all appliances when you leave the house, including AC or heating.

We clean the houses for your comfort, we only kindly ask you to take the rubbish with you, there are bins provided in Piazza Dante (for Dante House) or in the next lane for Manzoni House. Thanks a lot!

Cancellation policy
-Cancel free of charge up to 15 days in advance.
-For cancellations between 14 days and 24h in advance, you will be charged on 30% of the value of the reservation
-For cancellations less than 7 days (including the 7th day) before arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
